I’ve been a regular customer of this food franchise and have always enjoyed their brownies in the past. However, a recent experience has left me quite disappointed—not with the product, but with the way my situation was handled by the staff and management.

I placed a large order of brownies, assuming they were the usual chocolate ones I’ve purchased before. Unfortunately, I paid for walnut brownies—a significant issue, as I was buying them for my colleagues and a few of them have nut allergies.

Understanding that mistakes happen, I immediately requested a refund or even suggested a partial refund in exchange for a smaller quantity, as I had not yet left the premises or touched the packaging. Unfortunately, the staff were unwilling to assist and firmly stated that no refund was possible since the payment had been completed. Despite my reasonable request and the fact that this was a clear mix-up, the management showed no flexibility or willingness to resolve the matter in good faith.

It’s disheartening to see a customer-centric attitude disappear once a large payment is made. While the quality of the brownies has never been an issue, the lack of empathy and poor handling by the team was truly disappointing.

Sadly, this experience has cost the business more than just one transaction—it’s lost a loyal customer. I hope the management reflects on the importance of service recovery and customer trust in...

A descent place to grab yourself a quick meal to go , dine in by yourself or to catch up with your mates . My friends and me dined in and the food was absolutely delectable . The " Peri Peri chicken wrap " that I had ordered woke up every taste bud on my tongue and opened by nostrils wide open . The time they took from when we placed the order to when we got served was fairly quick . Mind you , we dined in at around 4.30 PM in the evening with the no one other than us in there to my surprise as I assumed the place to be jam packed with people like it usually is .I reckon you'll probably have a 10 - 12 min wait on usual days when the place is packed with people . The overall price range of what they have to offer is on par with other fast food joints like KFC , Mcdonalds etc . The staff were amiable and welcoming along with the seating arrangements being comfortable . If you ever do happen to have a few extra bucks on hand that you're looking forward to burn away or are planning to catch up with some friends of yours that you haven't seen in a hot minute don't give visiting Leon a second thought what so ever for you'll...

Leon Grills used to be a great place to have some great food, and the variety of chicken dishes they used to serve was widespread. This particular outlet should definitely be avoided, simply due to the absolute ruckus they make with their mismanagement. I visited this place for dinner on a weekday, ordered a Louisana Chicken Burger and some fried chicken strips. They were not able to serve the order for 25 minutes, and when I started asking them repey, they just had no answer to how much time would it take! Even other customers were coming back to saying the same thing, asking about their orders. They were simply more focused on their online orders, with stacks of receipts of their online orders placed on their table and most of the staff busy handling that.

At last, I had to cancel my order, just took the chicken strips which were ready and walked away. One of the worst places to go, given that Indiranagar has so many great (and much better)...
