Majestic Mandi — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Worst experience in bangalore for mandi..the service was absolutely awful..initially we had to wait for almost 1 hour to get the mandi that we already asked how much time will it take before and the answer was 15 minutes..the behaviour of the staff was rude from the begining only..later when it took so much time and we asked for the order their behaviour got even worse..we also ordered one starter and after 20 minutes we were told that it cannot be delivered...when we asked why it was not told earlier they started misbehaving but thats not even the begining. The mandi was extremely spicy and it was not eatable and then also we kept quite since we already saw their rude behaviour and dint want to escalate that. Finally when we asked for the bill they said that we are having problem in sitting in AC even and then the main thing happened..the cook came and asked what is the problem..when we decently told him what is the issue and the mandi is extremely spicy and impossible to eat then he straightway in an extreme rude fashion told us that it is our fault that we cannot handle spice and then he started shouting and was extremely aggressive and situation could have gone out of control.Honestly speaking I never had an incident before in my life where going for a lunch can be so risky...I can still ignore the taste and service which was awful..but the behaviour and the aggression that was there just blew my mind.Today anything could have happened.I will earnestly request anyone who is looking for a good mandi spot to ignore this place.Just in case they put a comment that we dint even came here I am just attaching the bill as a proof that...

I recently dined at this restaurant and was quite disappointed. Despite being relatively new, I expected a better experience. The portion sizes were notably small, and I found the way they handle extras quite frustrating. For instance, I was surprised to learn that the raita portion is just 75ml, and when I requested extra, I was told that they only serve a minimal amount for their “newborn babies” and that no other restaurant provides additional raita for 10rs.

It seems like the restaurant is cutting corners to save costs rather than focusing on customer satisfaction. The prices are not reflective of the quality or quantity of the food served. The attempt to justify the small portions by referring to a standard for babies comes off as rather unprofessional. I was left feeling that the restaurant prioritizes profit over providing a fulfilling dining experience.

They have no biryanis serving but they put it on the menu. I ordered Chicken Mandi. The food is ok. The problem is to serve raita in a small cup (around 15ml) and the raita is very very diluted and of low quality. It is more like water. Restaurants usually don't charge for extra Raitas. But here, I ask for another and they charge me 10...

A big hello for all who are reading this review. First of all this restaurant is exactly placed opposite to the Tulsi Cinema. This Restaurant owners are from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. A young boy who is passionate about the cooking is the chef of this restaurant. Coming to food Here i tried BBQ MANDI Taste is too good to describe. First of all items used in this Biryani are Aromatic Basmati Rice. Fresh tender cut meat. Original blended spices. Required Fresh vegetables for biryani and salad. Fresh curd fo Raita. Still More... Coming to Taste of Mandi Well boiled Rice and Well cooked Meat and flavors of original blended spices everything takes you into different mood. We can say simply after eating smoothy chicken is awe. This Restaurant is having good space to go with large family and friends. Even we can also go solo, couple and more. There is good ambience inside the restaurant. They have personalized cabinets and modernized tables to take your food comfortable. They also provide take Away too. Even you can order through swiggy and zomato but you have to come to this Restaurant to enjoy this ambience. Thanks...
