Sweet Chariot — Restaurant in Bengaluru

One of the worst cake delivered from Sweet chariot. Had ordered 5+kgs of cake for the 1st birthday celebration of my son. after paying 800 per kg we got a cake which was not to the standard of sweet chariot and all guests felt that we have taken the cake from some local bakery. cream on the cake was very hard and the quality of the cake was not even equal to normal cake which are sold at local bakeries.

More worst part is response from them when we called them to complain on the same one lady S**a called us back claiming that she is from Sweet chariot & she was very polite and was begging us not to make an issue out of it stating that the worker at the shop is from poor background and he may loose his job if we complain on the same and she guaranteed that she will make sure issue is address and took our address but after few days seeing no response from her we called her and the response from her was shocking to us. She started claiming that we are late in raising the complain and we could have called them on the same night to raise the complain and funny part was she was asking us for the sample of the cake which was not at all mentioned by her on the day we raised the compliant. this lady speaks only lies keeps on changing her statements.

Please be cautious while dealing with this outlet, take everything in writing else you will end up in paying premium money for worst...

Not even single star should be given. Very disappointing customer service. Very reckless answer from the shopkeeper. He looks as if someone has forced him to work. Very Unhygienic place. Ac was also off. When asked about it he said simply he had turned off. He was sweating a lot.. Yuck... When my son showed cockroach on a cake he said that it was mosquito. Will never purchase...

I am very happy with service. I got a cake delivered to my friend as a surprise gift and store owner Stella madam was very co-operative. Gave timely updates and ensured that the cake was delivered on time. Thank you so much...
