I was ordered McDonald's through Zomato app and the product was not neatly packed and the juice for leaking completely and the delivery person not accepting the return also and I am call he is telling to call the customer care they are not responding properly the I need to talk with three persons again and again and the problem I was repeating they are telling that is not our responsibility and not our shop so you call to the Zomato customer care they will resolve your problem and one more thing they are telling that is not our shop I was sent you the bill everything you guys are don't how to pack the things and your sending the customer place if you guys are I have mentioned shop name what number they are given in bill also the product is coming from your side right your the responsibility or you need to make the neatness and unit you have the responsive to the things properly and give it to the customer you are taking my money I am not freely giving you money to you guys and and I don't know his name and you are telling I trusted him and i disconnect the call also I've sent image suddenly the phone got switch off and you are not giving the proper responsibility why you guys are running business and taking money and time from the customers.
