McDonald's — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This outlet is a shame for the McDonalds brand. My order came up to ~Rs.400+ for 3 fried Chicken, 1 small Coke, 1 Veg burger, and 1 Medium Fries. I asked them not to include ice in Coke and because of this they reduced the coke content to almost 75% of the cup. When I asked about this, they told they dispense different quantities with ice and without ice. There is no such rule anywhere mentioned in their website nor the outlet nor did I have such a experience anytime in their outlets. They actually told me that they will fill only half cup(based on markings on the cup) and that they have done favor to me by filling more than half cup. Please see the photo. For the price I paid, I could have easily ordered all the above food and 2.25 liter coke from a retailer. This is a nice hidden scam from McDonalds and this outlet. Fill coke with half ice and charge a premium!!

The staff looks uneducated and not aware of their own policies. They check with others if they have to serve full cup or half cup. Such a shame to have such staff for the McDonalds and this outlet.

When I asked for bill, they told me that it will be sent to my mobile phone and I have not received any bill on my phone. However my order no. is 146 ordered on 5th Dec 2020 between 1930 and 2000 hrs from this outlet. Hope McDonalds takes cognizance of this information if at all there are keen on addressing this issue.

From hygiene point of view, it is not up to McDonald brand advertised standards especially in their washrooms where you find partially functioning taps with missing dustbins. McDonald brand seems to be getting diluted and in my opinion there is no need to pay such premiums for the foods they sell with such quality, quantity and respect for their customers. It also reflects in their market share which is going down year after year in India. This is also my last visit...

Had been recently to McDonald's opposite to Banashankari BDA Complex. Had the worst experience.

Hygiene : After a hot tiring day, first thing you look out is for a place with hygiene and quality food. Men's washroom flush doesn't work and the entire surrounding area stinks. Although they have a dedicated staff to check the temperature at the entrance, what's the use when a washroom cannot be maintained.

Staff: Crew trainer was the only person who was courteous enough to take the orders and was customer oriented. The whole place was understaffed in the kitchen. An order of McSpicy chicken burger meal with two piece of Spicy chicken took 45 minutes of waiting. This is supposed to be a fast food joint !! Two staffs were under utilised. One to check the temperature and one to deliver the take away order from counter to the door. They can be put to better use. I had also requested the staff to clear out the space which they never responded to.

Food: Burger patty was cold and frozen in the middle part. Sauce and Jalapeño's used were clearly old as they had bad taste. And the buns were of cheap quality. Fried chicken was the WORST of all. The batter was just put onto the skin of the chicken and deep fried which gives weird texture. Chicken was clearly not fresh from the way it tasted. Mango flurry was more like mango flavour just blended with sugar and milk. Two hours post eating, I had to barf out my food.

I miss the old days when McDonald's stuck to their quality. You get better food at their competitors. I rate my entire experience Half a Star(only for the AC). If anyone going here with kids, please do watch out as the quality of food is worst. Walk across to BDA Complex and have some fresh...
