I’m sitting here waiting for my order as I write this btw.

This review is not about the coffee or the food. It’s great, and well priced. It’s about the service, or the lack of. Placing an order takes 5 minutes, even with no queue. The cashier fails to understand the order, the type of roast or the food. And when I asked him “what would you recommend” he simply pointed at the menu and said “choose whatever you want,” hardly what you’d expect at a premium specialty coffee spot. Nothing from the coffee, bakery, or food was explained. And it doesn’t seem like the people in the cafe care. They come here for a bite or a drink between work. It doesn’t matter to them if it’s a pour over or a French press, or something else. But it matters to them to get it on time, and I don’t think they do.

Time check: I ordered my coffee at 11:20 am (on 25 July) and it’s 11:42 am. I still haven’t got my coffee (pour over with a cookie). I’ll add the bill too.
