Seasons Serviced Residences — Hotel in Bengaluru

I had reserved this place for a week initially. But I really appreciated the owner Vijay's professional interactions,,, meaning his promptness on ALL concerns n requests I brought up. Also, I really enjoyed talking with Genash who is in charge of the place, n the security guard, Mr. Kumar. So I decided to stay 3 more weeks at this place. It is located only 1 min walk to a grocery store, Canara ATM, n a fast food yet authentic n affordable Indian food restaurant, all 3 in the same area. What I appreciated the most was to have Genash come with me to Airtel so I could open up phone service. N he also showed me where to get fresh fruits. It was Vijay who suggested Genash to accompany me. That was really thoughtful of him. The street in front of the house is a popular street altho it is a small narrow street. So during daytime, u will hear cars, motorcycles n rickshaws passing by.... just like u would anywhere in India. Overall I am very satisfied with the place. It was a perfect size room for me with a kitchenette. Genash does a good job keeping the place neat n clean. U will enjoy his plants along the entrance walkway n on top of the walls. If I were to come back to Bangalore, I would definitely...

Being a lone female traveler on a business visit to Bangalore and usually staying at upscale hotels I had some apprehension about staying in a serviced apartment and whether the place will be all that the host had promised it would be, online. But I must say I was pleasantly surprised it was spick and span, well appointed, safe and had extremely courteous staff, one of whom I think I should name- Mr. Doya . The place is also centrally located. The Host Mr. Vijay Krishna is a third generation hotelier and is a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. I will definitely recommend this place, especially to female travellers and families. Great experience...

Been here for the second time and the experience has just been better to say the least..I was supposed to arrive late at night..the caretaker, Ganesh, did connect to me earlier itself and made sure he was here at 3 in the morning, while I arrive..was an extremely hospitable gesture.. also the stay has been comfortable and Ganesh made sure the room was tidy before I enter after a tiring day..best part, the television is wifi enabled so you can actually make some use of it.. The owner also personally made sure that my stay was comfortable..again..something that wouldnt happen at a hotel.. Looking forward to...
