Update (reply to the Now boarding team): I think you have clearly missed to read my first few lines, where I have mentioned that I called you up for HSR layout to confirm if you allow pets or if the place is friendly? A place can be either pet friendly or not. It can not be a half road. Also if you are so called pet accommodative, then these things are bound to happen, which again you should be accommodative of. You can not claim to be pet accommodative and then not tolerate these things. I will definitely not visit this place and will NOT REMOVE THIS REVIEW!

This clearly shows your attitude! ——————————————————————— Initial review: I was very interested to visit this place with my pet, since it is mentioned that it is a “PET FRIENDLY” place. However upon calling to confirm the same (which we usually do before going to a new place), they mentioned that they ARE pet friendly, but if at all the pet pees they will not clean it and the pet parents have to do that. Now I would like to explain this to the owner, we as pet parents (atleast us) make sure that our pet has done his business before he enters any such place. However, since they are pets and in an unfamiliar place, these things are bound to happen, even with a very trained dog. This seems very illogical to me when they said we have to clean it. How are you running a pet friendly place without a proper pet friendly staff? We have been to so many places and infact breweries where this never is even a question. What do you expect us to do if this happens, carry our cleaning liquid and mop from home? If you are pet friendly place, live upto the name. Get yourself and your staff accustomed to these things when you claim the place to be pet friendly.

Board games heaven - that's what this place is! We thought the Jayanagar branch was great... They've just gone and upgraded that by a million to make this place truly heavenly!! Two whole floors of fun for absolutely anyone, and enough games for the whole city to enjoy! There's even a special gaming zone for bigger games or game nights, with a special table that is every board gamer's dream!

There are some places which by themselves might be great, but might just falter due to the people who run it. But no such frailties here! The people who run Now Boarding are the absolute best at what they do and they do it with so much love and passion for not just the games, but also their customers and staff. Each staff member feels great ownership and that can be felt in the way they treat us and the games themselves. It's an art by itself and these guys are wonderful artists.

Every time we visit, we find new games to try and the game masters customize our experience and make us feel so special. They even play with us whenever they find some time and of course, only if we'd like it.

Overall, what a great escape. We don't realise time passing... Escape your phones, laptops and work stress. Come...
