Place with lots of chats and masala of any kind. You wanna try bhel puri, be there. You wanna try dahi puri, be there. You wanna try normal pani puri, be there. You wanna try samosa chat, be there. We all know in BLR, it's difficult to find all the chats and puris at one place. But do not worry, this is where you should go. We have to get tokens to get the item you ordered. Pay first to have the food. The place is generally so crowded during weekends, so pick your day! Coming to the taste, it's not too bad and not too good. I have had better from other places. I had a samosa chat and a dahi puri, it was 100rs altogether, which is kinda expensive for that taste. There's no dining, you have to stand on the road and have the food. Visiting this place was litterally like a throw back to 90's. Though technology is dominating us , they still follow giving Color tokens on exchange of cash and you give these token to the staff and in return you get your chats here.
Since ages, this place has been well known and has made some name for their chats, especially their cutlet chat is famous and fast moving here.
We tried their masala puri , dahi papdi chat and cutlet chat,
All of them were equally good and can be relished completely.
It is quite different from other chat places for its more dominant on masala flavor which was pretty strong , unlike other places where they make their masala mild.
Do visit here to experience a different style of chats and a good feel of throw...
Read moreWe had Aloo tikki, Masala puri, Bhel puri and papdi chat. Aloo tikki was tasting a bit bland (very less salt) and hence my son enjoyed it. The rest of the items were top class. The masala puri here displaced our all time favourite Bangarpet masala puri from many years. The place is the middle of a narrow stretch of road in Pulikesi nagar that you'll struggle a bit to find parking. We had to go around once in the car before finding a parking spot about two hundred metres away. Cleanliness is okay but in the middle of the pandemic, some additional measures for social distancing to the extent possible would be helpful. May be even regulating the crowd by insisting on a queue could help a lot. The price is slightly on the higher side for the quantity but taste trumps that few additional bucks. In summary, a good...
