Well, sambar tastes sweet in Bangalore and this fact was something I forgot when I took my first bite of the plain dosa I ordered. It was good though. However, Chennai does spoil you with the quality of dosa that your expectations are always high. The dosa was a tad bit sour. The sambar taste was not for me but I do understand that there are people who like it. The restaurant is more of a small cafe that you can quickly lay a visit to if you do not want to spend time cooking at home. The cost is relatively cheap.

Went there with my boyfriend after a night walk . It was walkable distance from our place. A decent place to hang out with your friends and family. We brought a masala puri and gobi parata. The masala puri had some sweet chutney on the top. I like my masala puri to be spicy and not sweet so i didn't like that but once the top layer is gone its very spicy and good and the gobi parata was fine

Amazing chaat food with a wide range of selection. They are a pure vegetarian outlet and serve fast food such as chaat, indo-chinese and beverages. I would highly recommend their chaat especially their Dahi kachori which was excellent. Prices are affordable as well. Has limited seating but is usually not full.

Bad Experience at Shree Cafe

I went to [Shree Cafe] expecting good food and service, but was disappointed. We found a bug in our food! The manager didn't apologize sincerely and didn't let us take a picture. He offered a free burger, but it felt like he wasn't really sorry. What's worse, he was rude to us, the customers, and also to his own staff. We left feeling unhappy, frustrated, and disrespected.
