Opus Super Club — Restaurant in Bengaluru

The most impressive element about Opus is its ambiance. Its purely crafted to get the live shows organized on the stage. So, full marks for the ambiance.

The sound systems are of top quality and the large display of the music videos are an excellent concept.A place with such ambiance is ought to have good food and excellent cocktails too. The mixologist/bartender has done an excellent job to get the best cocktail combinations.

+++Cocktail/ Drinks

#Cran Craze Vodka based drink, remarkable presentation and wonderful flavor were the key elements of the drink. It was on the sweeter side, and I enjoyed it.

#Chocotini Love chocolates and Vodka too ? Blindly order this and you are bound to fall in love with this drink. The chocolate flavor with the Vodka is a sweeter drink but a must try.

#Martini Another refreshing drink with the presence of gin. Note, this was my first gin based drink. Will try further to judge the combinations. But the one served here impressed me.

#Nachos Fully Loaded Very much disappointing and was surprised to hear that it is their best selling dish on the menu. It lacked the freshness of the toppings, the chicken used was seemed shredded from the ones used in wraps., it was neither soft nor tender.

#Tipsy Cajun Fries Pretty ordinary, noting special about the dish. Coated fried sprinkled with spices and served with a overly tangy salsa. Too strong a salsa to be served.

#Prawns Ghee Roast After the disappointment we did have a recovery with the prawns ghee roast. The spices added were good and the masala had the perfect aroma and smoothnesss of ghee.

#Amritsari Fish Finger Was a disaster on the menu, would request either drop the dish out of menu or change the recipe all together. The dip was replaced with salad. The fish fingers had a larger coating than the presence of fish.

#Karavali Special Fresh Prawn Masala The taste was decent but lacked lime juice as per the authentic Karawali dish. The prawns were tender and this comes with a portion of white rice.

#Mutton RoganJosh Kashmiri Delicacy Average is my view about this too. As the tenderness of the mutton was missing the essence of the flavors could have been better is what I felt. The presence of black cardomom was on the lower side as compared to an authentic RoganJosh.

Great cocktails with disappointing food is the result of my visit. The only advantage I see as of now is the large seating area with a stage for live...

If a good hearty and awesome Sunday brunch is on your mind then look no further and drop into opus food stories.

The place is Located off sarjapur road. Very cosy and noise free location. Also there is a opus club into the same premises incase if you wanna shake your feet or two.

What impressed me about this place is the interiors ..which are done so neatly and looked extremely classy. Visited this place for some Sunday brunch and was totally happy content and over full :p Perfect place for the weekend binge and cheat meals!!!

The brunch is super loaded and consisted of

1. live chats counter My favourites here Wer the masala Puri and dahi balle.auntheic chat wala wali feeling

2. live dosa counter Try the masala dosa and thank me later!

3. live pasta counter One can enjoy custom made pastas out here.

4. live fish fry !!! Yes they had a variety of fish right from snapper to sardines and also the king fish! Pick your cut and enjoy it hot hot

5. live BBQ counter Can select from a variety of grills made with paneer chicken fish minced mutton(sheekh), dahi kebabs etc

6. live pav bhaji and jalebi North India feels!!

7. live salad counter Loads of veggies loads of dressing..mix and toss your own way!! Plus they have chicken and fish as well

8. Christmas special grilles Turkey and roast pork counter.also this counter served some amazing bruchettas and tarts the spinach and cheese tart was an instant favourite

9. open bar!! The brunch includes a wide variety of cocktails mocktails sangria's and beers. And can be chugged down with you fav meat!

Well this isn't it There was a wide varieties of starters flowing through our tables . My favourites here was the chicken ghee roast which shouldn't be given a miss here. The dimsums are more worthy here as well

The main course counter had khow suey, cannolies, bread varieties curries sauces Indian variants so on and so forth.

Dessert section was note worthy with a dessert for all the sweettooths out there

The service was really prompt with such a busy day and full house crowd the staff made sure all left happy!!

Definitely this place has one of the best brunches in town...

Opus is located from a 10min drive from the sarjapur signal (off ring road). Yes, they have valet parking. Opus has many resto in it like the opus shacks, fine dining (yet to operate) but this time I went to the opus club. As soon as you enter, you will notice that the place is amazingly lit with black theatre with red neon lights and a huge television screen. The atmosphere is just insane. I started my course with their signature whiskey based cocktail which is eye of the tiger. The presentation is amazing & the taste is much better. Top notch. For my snack with the drink, I had one of the best fries and nachos in town that is fully loaded nachos and tipsy cajun fries. Again top notch. Next, time for the next drink. Luchy vychy a vodka based cocktail with that tipsy cajun fries (yes, it was that good). Next the Signature opus sapphire with mutton ghee roast and bacon wrapped prawns. With crispy bacon wrapping a soft and tender prawn in a skewer was delicious. The mutton ghee roast was perfect in masala and cooked to perfection to meet the the right tenderness of the mutton. Now the main course. Boy!! I was almost full so had the legendary chicken burger. A neat chicken burger served with fries was pretty good. Nothing wow but still good. Now I'm completely full but you gotta have desserts. I had walnut chocolate chip brownie with ice cream, Jimmies and cherry. The brownie with soft, fudge and just the way I love it & with ice cream? Wow it gets even better. The perfect end, yesssss Overall, my experience in opus club was tremendous with excellent cocktails and whole course meal.
