A good burger outlet was much needed in this area and Biggies burger never disappoints!😋

The best part about their burgers is the grilled patty. I’ve been a frequent visitor at this outlet in particular since I live close by. I have tried almost all of their burgers and each one of it has been amazing. My personal favourites are Krunchy Paneer and Veg Cheese bomb in vegetarian and Smoked Lamb burger and Afghani Chicken burger in non-vegetarian food. Their sides like Crinkle Fries, Chicken Nuggets and the variety of wings are delicious as well! Blue Heaven and Lemon Mojito serves the purpose of a beverage well.

Absolutely infuriating experience at Biggies Burger Haralur! I went in craving a chicken burger, only to be told they’re completely out of chicken and lamb—only veg burgers available. Fine, stock issues happen but the incompetence at the counter was beyond my belief. The staff member was utterly clueless fumbling for minutes just to figure out how to add a cheese slice to my order. Want to upgrade to large fries? Nope, “no option” for that either. As if that wasn’t bad enough the receipt machine was broken, wasting even more of my time. Ordered few burgers, fries, wings and drinks.

Food: The tomato ketchup small packets they gave was dated 2019. When opened the color was so dark and taste was bad, then checked the date and got to know it was 5 years old. Otherwise food was okay.

Service: Pathetic service from the person in the billing. When I raised the concern on ketchup he didn’t even acknowledged that there was a mistake from their end and gave a new packet. He is not at all interested in customer service. Doesn’t look at the person when someone is talking or asking something. High time to give training for the staff.
