Sichuan — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Recently ordered on Swiggy honestly didn’t expect this from Sichuan. They literally used margarine or dalda in their momos — even after washing my hands with handwash, I could still feel that greasy, unpleasant residue. The momo covering was too thick, and I even felt a weird aftertaste on my tongue.

They also served paneer in gravy — and oh my god, the first bite was enough. It was so dry and tasteless that I couldn’t eat it at all. Ended up touching only the noodles, which were just okay.

Not authenticate chinese or thai. They are not understanding the requirement if you tell any small changes also. Ordered Red Thai curry and it was like eating thick paste kind of sweet..first time in my life eating sweet in Chinese restaurant.
