Food was not bad. Wasn’t so special or something, that I would recommend this place for.
Had ordered chicken biryani, chicken ghee roast and neer dosa. Biryani was okay, neer dosa seemed old as the layers were sticking to each other, ghee roast was slightly dry to my preference.
I had a problem with the service though. I had reservation booked through eazydiner which promised me a free mocktail from the restaurant. There were like 6-8 mocktails listed in the menu for the same price. I was interested in ordering one of them. But the waiter said, i can order from only two options out of the 8 present. I again reconfirmed it whether it was an availability problem. But he said, the other options are available only if i pay for it and the two options he mentioned would only come for free. I didn’t understand why this was the case bcs the other drinks were also priced the same. I requested to speak to the manager and he refused to call the manager saying he knows what he is talking about. I didn’t want to create a chaos there, so I chose from the options he gave even though I wasnt interested in that.
The second part are the waiters. Looks could be deceiving. It might look like there are many waiters in the restaurant. But none would bother about you and they would all be just chittchatting in a corner. You have to shout at top of your lungs everytime you want something from them.
Also the service is really really really slow evn though there were only 20% occupancy. You have to wait for atleast 20 minutes. So better to order everything in one go.
And for a restaurant like this, I expected them to give finger-bowls at the end and that didn’t...

The service was impeccable, with the staff being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. They guided me through the options, helping me choose the perfect wine to complement my meal.
The dessert, a delectable Gulab Jamun cheesecake, was the perfect ending to an extraordinary dining experience. It was a fusion of traditional and modern, just like the restaurant itself.
