So, like to straight away jump to the point and want to give some suggestions. I visited this shop to specifically buy a formal trouser which I got it and the person who assisted my was nice too. However, experience for the alterations seems to get worsen. Please check your records for what caused the delay. The attitude of the agent at the billing desk was outrageous. It took them more than 4 people to address one old lady query, manager showed up late to the previous customer griviances. Now, about my complaint. I gave my alteration at 7:34pm and was told to comeback after half an hour, so I agreed. I took rounds in that time and came back at 8:08pm to enquire but was told that it will take 10 more minutes. I waited and enquired after 10 minutes and was told that it will take another 5 minutes, I got the alterations at 8:22pm, this too happened only after continuous follow-up other just for one trouser it would have taken an hour. Therefore, a very poor time management, not a promising experience, Staff to whom I spoke was not at all courteous. When asked about the names of the staff and the manager, the person told me that he wasn't sure at first and later told me he is standing their. I didn't bother to speak with him. So, here are the names - Manager name - Chalapati, Staff who handle the complaint - V Ram and the alteration guy name Bharat. Suggestions - train your staff to be polite, courteous, train them to take ownership for the mistakes and teach them to be time-driven. We have visited store to purchase certain gift item in the lifestyle store of Bharatiya Mall and while getting our billing done, we clearly asked billing guy saying that will your people help us to doing gift wrap the item and the billing guy told yes sir. And after the billing when we reached to gift wapping guy counter. He told I don't have the box to gift wrap it and store manager came and said that we can't help it on the same and told us if we want, we can cancel the order very rudely. But rather doing the same we tried figure out some way with gift wrapping guy to help us do it. But unfortunately while helping the do it, one of our gift item is also broken and gift wrapping guys also do not know how to do gift wrapping correctly and store manager also showing full of attitude. With complete dissatisfaction we have picked our purchased item and left the place. But also decided that we will never going to visit or purchase any item from any of the lifestyle store anymore.
I know this doesn't matter to lifestyle any which ways.
The reason as a customer I believe we visit branded store because of 2 reason one is for quality product and second is for good experience & service.
And if we have to experience such things with branded store like lifestyle kind of company then I believe we should better visit local store because atleast the shop owner know how to behave with their customers.

I had an exchange which was done without any hassles by them quickly and the sales guy who sold me the dress prior helped me next day to exchange by taking me to right billing counter and making it hassle free . Only thing I didn't like is that the billing counter guy asked me if I had got some message after buying the product via sms to detect the billing details or may be receipt . I had not received any message and even after saying so he asked for my phone to check in messages folder which I didn't like it at all as they are not suppose to ask for our phone and check our personal information in it . At that moment since I wanted to get it done I didn't say anything n gave the phone . The messages has crucial information of bank transactions and yet they ask for our phone to check for a unnecessary bill receipt. They can very well check in their own system via our mobile number yet he asked for my phone which is unacceptable. Our personal information was jeopardize becoz of this behavior of their store billing counter guy . This should be taken action n stopped. Other than that this store is better than pantaloons. As pantaloons billing counter guys will suck blood if u go for exchange or return . Please do not buy from pantaloons the customer service is pathetic which you will know while...
