Suchitra working in CCD has the audacity to interact with kind customers like she is a heaven sent to deal with us at CCD RR nagar ! Her non-existent manners and cold and sullen face with no smile or no interest in customer delight has the nerve to choose what she can do ... never knew CCD the brand has been bequeathed to her whims and fancies. We were there yday Monday 17th and had 2 cappuccinos and one frappe with other take aways like mango and pomegranate juice....whereas today when we went they cannot even recognize us as repeat customers and when we asked for a simple request to add more cranberry syrup to a cranberry cold brew Suchitra puts on a long face and comes to the table and refuses outright ! How has CCD trained and groomed such nasty individuals who cannot even look at the scrubs worn by my Doctor friend who wanted to take a break from her busy schedule after a long night duty but we will surely do that but never again with CCD at RR nagar and will be happy to spread the word about your lack of customer delight ! Decided to work from CCD today (26th April 2022). Mr Prashant was the one attending our table/took my order, I requested him to lower the volume of the music being played a little as i had to take my calls which was denied with him telling he can’t do that (guess he likes his music). This was surprising as most other CCD and other coffee shops I have visited are very considerate on such things. To make it all worse, suddenly the power supply on our table stopped working. But worked everywhere else ( I guess thats magic).
