Sri Vishnu Grand — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Not wheelchair friendly. Dining space not enclosed but is open to the outside road. Pollutants (mainly dust & vehicle smoke directly enter into dining space. Food handlers are unhygienic. They cough & sneeze openly while serving. No mask (or gloves.) I caught a cold after dining here (in A/C service section) as one serving person was sneezing openly while serving food. Pathetic. Food quantity was not sufficient for one person ( southern India thali) and taste was not acceptable. It's better to buy something edible from a bakery than dining here. I would neigher dine here again nor recommend this...

We used to visit this Fast food place regularly. But this visit on 9th March was a disaster. We paid for Paneer pepper dry along with other items. The delivery counter people argued that I gave the receipt for Mushroom pepper fry only. But when we started to eat the item We realized that it was not Mushroom pepper fry also. It was a mix of Gobi pepper fry and just the fried dough. We couldn't find a single piece of Mushroom as they claimed it as Mushroom pepper fry. Rs160 went down drain and got cheated. Better don't order starter here as they also serve...

We had been to this place for a lunch. We went to AC Room ordered soup, starter, fried rice and ice cream. The food was great.

Unfortunately, the waiters and other people were pushing us out to accommodate other customers. It’s a “GRAND” humiliation from the SRI VISHNU GRAND. To my surprise, there were 4-5 staff people inside the AC room shamelessly trying to push us out. My friend left her ice cream as people were breathing down our neck.

I will never set my foot again. If you need a peaceful place then please don’t go there. “0” star for Customer...
