Subway HSR — Restaurant in Bengaluru

It's a subway regular sandwich outlet. Typical menu and same food items. If you are aware of subway then there is no surprises for you. For people not aware of this, it's a fresh sandwich outlet where breads are baked inhouse. There are 6 to 8 variety in both veg and non veg option. There are options available for bread for each type of sandwich. My personal favourites are Italian parmesan and honey oat. Once you have opted for the main filling of your sandwich ( i typically go with sub of the day, as i like all of them and there will be around 20rs discount for sub of the day). After that you will be asked for your selection of vegetables. Lettuce, onion, tomatoes, cucumber, pickles, dark olive are available. If you don't want any of these, you can tell the server. Last cames selection of sauces. Again there are an array of sauces. My favourites are, sweet onion, honey mustard, mint mayonnaise, red chilli and either Southwest or Chipotle. Not upto the mark with any other Subway Pan India. I visited once and ordered online twice.

Visit experience: Ordered a breakfast sub, the guy making it was completely confused, kept on adding randomly and then one his senior came and she guided her to remove/readd things to the sub. Felt as if they were doing trial and error on my sub. And removing something from the sub made no sense (are they going to throw and waste it, are they going to reuse the content for the next customer, whatever be the case, highly a hugenie/good wastage concern)

First time they didn't send a box thus the sub was completely crushed while it got delivered to me.

Second time the box was in place but the bread was wrong. I always order Parmesan Oregano but they sent Multigrain. The wrong bread felt really dried up and stale.

They need to either replace the invigilator or retrain their complete...

you know what, ive been coming here more than 8 years and I've had it with this outlet. today I ordered an American cheesy BBQ and they asked extra 30 bucks for the cheese. since when did that happen? okay fine I paid it no worries. He didn't even ADD THE CHEESE. I kept quiet cause I'm so disappointed with this outlet. it's so bad. terrible. let's move onto toppings.
