SV Bakery — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Well, I am a regular customer since almost a years, but had little disappointment that is, now a days they don't provide you fresh bakery items like Dilpasand which I had complained before which they were not ready to accept it instead argued that they have given it fresh itself, but recently also same Dilpasand parcel I bought which is hard, only 1 was good, rest 2 was very hard and the pastry cream will be not fresh( Even I had bought hard pastries parcel & had it) & it's too expensive, For regular customer if you do like this what's the use (this photo is not old one, the day I bought I captured it) If you take parcel this is what they do it, before taking plz...

I had visited this many times but i want to share my recent experience with them. When i ordered cake the guy was attending some other customer but somehow he gave me that cake but after that i had ordered for veg puffs at that time he went to attend a customer who came late but had many items, which will take time. what surprised me is my order is just one item which will make him only seconds to finish but he was busy attending a order which has more thsn 3 or 5 items. I wont go thus bakery in future. If they think big orders are important for them then they have to put a board for that....
