Slightly themed to look like a 'thattukada' this tiny food place is opposite their restaurant at the middle of the notorious Marathalli Junction. Food is good. Its the variety thats amazing. My family and I visit Thalassery Cafe often to grab a cup of tea and snacks. Tea is usually brilliant and made in the traditional Kerala style using a boiler. The cafe staff are friendly and very accommodative. The best aspect though are the snacks and the variety. They have samosas (chicken and veg), pazham puzhi (banana fritters), egg sandwich, chicken rolls, bonda etc… If you are lucky, these are served hot off the stove. And the prices are very reasonable.

My family and I visit Thalassery Cafe often to grab a cup of tea and snacks. Tea is usually brilliant and made in the traditional Kerala style using a boiler. The cafe staff are friendly and very accommodative. The best aspect though are the snacks and the variety. They have samosas (chicken and veg), pazham puzhi (banana fritters), egg sandwich, chicken rolls, bonda etc… If you are lucky, these are served hot off the stove. And the prices are very reasonable.
