Super disappointed with my experience here! Visited this place yesterday for lunch with so many expectations after seeing the reels on Instagram especially on my birthday. Reservation- The experience was simply awful, even this rating is very generous. I had reserved a table for 2 from eazydiner which gives 15% discount on the bill. After making reservations, i had specially called them again to confirm the reservation and specifically asked for a seat near the water decoration in advance. We reached 15mins early so we had no issues waiting for our table but guess what!? After asking them 3 times, they kept saying that they will call us once the tables are empty, they did not reserve the table for us and we saw 2 tables getting occupied right in front of us. Then when i told this to the staff, they were like, did u inform the reserving staff, i mean... Isn't that your job? How will the customers know about your internal procedure!? They gave us excuses that they were busy handling customers in the entrance that they couldn't inform their staff- don't you guys have phones!? We were so done by then, we just let it go and ordered our food- Belgian Triple-3/5 Jamaican Jerk Paneer skewers-3.5/5 (probably the only good enough thing that we ate but not worth the price at all) Chipotle Paneer Pizza Slice-1.5/5 (how is this even a speciality there!? I had to swallow it using water coz it tasted awful, the sauce was weirdly tangy and so not worth the price) I am really surprised to see so many high ratings of 4+ when this place is so unpleasant. Service- Staff is not bothered with the customers at all, we were waiting for the menu OTP for 15mins as it says that a staff will come and give it to us. We were new to the place so didn't know how the process worked...after waiting for a few more minutes we just asked some random staff for the OTP. They don't even provide you with water unless you ask them for it. I saw so many staff standing by idly just watching the customers when we were trying to ask for water. No sense of professionalism! There was just one staff who finally smiled and got us water and asked if we needed something. Ambience - it is pretty average nothing exciting, i have seen better breweries in Bangalore with better ambience, service and food. Price- Don't even get me started on the price! It is ridiculously expensive for what they serve! Lol! A Rs.120 service charge, what a joke!? Where is the service?! Billing- Once we got the bill, i told the staff to remove the service charge and include the eazydiner discount as we had reserved in advance. He kept ignoring my words and insisted for me to pay online when i wanted to pay in cash. After a few minutes of hassle, finally another staff understood what i was trying to say once i showed him my phone and then he updated the bill. From a bill of 1000+, it came down to Rs.800.😑 I'm so dissatisfied with my experience... basically ruined my birthday lunch by visiting this awful place. Never ever going...
