I had lunch on 11 Dec 2021. Nothing much for vegetarians. I have order 2 chapati and 1 came after 40 mins and second chapati didn't came.. till that time we are just waiting. We have tried pasta and pizza on live counter, but all are tasteless. They are salty too. I have order one spicy pasta, which they didn't serve it. sweet patato and sweet corn grills were so pathetic in taste and it not properly grilled too They had confusion in soft drink. Earlier they said it's there in lunch, after some time they came and said drink are not part of lunch. So they just served welcome drink to us. Don't go based pictures, They don't serve much for vegetarians. There is not seperation for veg and non veg food. You have to always read dish name before taking it. Overall my conclusion is pathetic service, tasteless ( some time salty too), poor service, live counter will take alot time till that you have to wait, it might possible your hungry will get die by that time( same happen with me ). Pathetic and worst service. waste of money It's very expensive for vegetarians as they don't offer any good dish for vegetarian. Even on my table, they have not served napkin too. It was required as I had 4 year kid. I didn't want to give 1 star too. Will never recommend to any one, specially vegetarians. Nothing for us except normal sabji, if you are lucky then you will get roti. My wife came out without eating much as all are tasteless, then she thought to eat roti chapati which didn't came. Last not least, finally we decided we will go another restaurant, so that my wife can also eat something. 30 mins wait for chapati/ roti is worst. Might be they serve better to premium customer or hotel customers only. Worst restaurant till I have seen. Now I will never go to there.. You can do only photo clicks there.. which will help them to promote there hotel and restaurant. ------------------Today on 20 Jan 2022, I got response from Vinesh Gupta-------- Thanks for highlighting you have 50% vegetarian dishes, which include 5-6 salad, papadi chat, curd, 1 dal, 1 vegetable and 1 paneer dish. Do you think vegetarian customer comes only to eat salad and only sabaji because you don't serve chapati/roti on time ( atleast in my case it came after 45 mins ). Till that time my huger got died due to waiting of food. I assume you expect vegetarian should pay for waiting. Then I feel you have to launch tatkal charges also for quick delivery like irctc. Question for you sir, 1. You missed to respond for your poor customer service 2. You missed to respond for your poor food quality 3. You missed to respond for very slow speed of your live counter 4. You missed to respond for live order counter which didn't served to me, despite asking multiple time. Give me any 5 reason why should, I give you second chance again after so much complaints and issues. Just to increase you revenue and profits. Instead of begging for another chance, you should compensate to customer to win customer trust. We have visited to you restaurant to give dine-out experience to my 4 year old kid as a surprise for him. But we got shocked and surprised with poor quality of food, customer service, tasteless food and some time it's salty and not have much category for vegetarians. It become very bad experience for my kid as first dine-out. Small restaurant shared much more varieties and quality food with great taste on very less price compare to your pricing.

The interiors are designed with a contemporary aesthetic, featuring sleek furnishings, warm lighting, and a harmonious blend of earthy and neutral tones. The fine dining space is perfect for both intimate gatherings and corporate meals, offering a relaxed yet refined setting. The waitstaff is knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations, while the attention to detail—from impeccably set tables to the prompt service—elevates the overall experience. Culinary Highlights The Den offers a range of gastronomic experiences, from global delicacies to traditional Indian fare. Some standout dishes that define the restaurant’s culinary excellence include: Grilled Norwegian Salmon – A beautifully plated dish featuring perfectly seared salmon with a delicate buttery texture, complemented by seasonal vegetables and a flavorful citrus glaze. Mangalorean Ghee Roast Chicken – A nod to South India’s rich flavors, this dish delivers succulent, spice-infused chicken with the perfect balance of heat and aroma, served alongside flaky Malabar parathas. Truffle-infused Wild Mushroom Risotto – A silky, indulgent risotto, elevated with the deep umami notes of wild mushrooms and the luxurious aroma of black truffle. Signature Mocktails & Cocktails – The Den boasts a curated list of innovative beverages, with highlights like the Tamarind Mojito—a refreshing concoction with a zesty tamarind twist. For dessert, the Belgian Chocolate Mousse is a must-try, with its velvety texture, rich cocoa flavors, and a hint of espresso that lingers on the palate. Practical Considerations Wait Times & Crowd Levels: Given its prime location in ITPL, The Den attracts a mix of business professionals, travelers, and food connoisseurs. While the restaurant is spacious, reservations are recommended for peak hours, particularly for dinner and Sunday brunch. Parking Availability: The hotel offers ample parking space, with valet services ensuring a hassle-free experience. Reservations: Strongly advised, especially for weekend brunches and special occasions, as the restaurant tends to get fully booked. Final Verdict The Den, ITPL, is a stellar choice for those who appreciate fine dining in an elegant setting. Whether you are looking to indulge in gourmet cuisine, host a business lunch, or enjoy a celebratory meal, The Den delivers an experience that is luxurious, memorable, and worth every visit.

A Creek is an inlet in a shoreline. I wonder why this place is called "The Creek" as I saw no influence of water or pathways through the restaurant. Anyways, we headed to the conveniently located restaurant to experience the grandeur of the dinner buffet and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food. A buffet with ample variety and choice for my vegetarian and non-vegetarian friends, you will definitely find food that will satisfy your taste buds. There seems to be opulence oozing from every corner the sprawling buffet space. They have breads, meats, nuts, berries, curries, salads, Barbeque, live pastas, desserts and drinks. The food was delicious and the staff were very affable and cooperative. The only gripe I have is that given the variety, the price was not justified, in my humble opinion. But, all in all, a wonderful night. I really enjoyed my experience here. I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Creek restaurant, nestled within The DEN Hotel on ITPL Main Rd, and it was nothing short of a delightful culinary experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was captivated by the warm ambiance and the inviting aroma of delicious cuisine.

The Creek boasts an elegant yet cozy atmosphere, perfect for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings. The chic decor, combined with ambient lighting, creates a soothing and sophisticated setting. The restaurant's attention to detail is evident, from the stylish furnishings to the impeccable service provided by the attentive and friendly staff.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the food. The Creek's menu is a gastronomic journey that caters to diverse palates. I had the pleasure of savoring a variety of dishes, and each one was a testament to the chef's culinary expertise. The presentation of each plate was a work of art, making the dining experience not only a treat for the taste buds but also a feast for the eyes.

The menu features a range of options, from delectable appetizers to mouth-watering mains and decadent desserts. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, showcasing a commitment to quality. The Creek seamlessly blends traditional flavors with modern twists, resulting in dishes that are both comforting and innovative.

The attentive and knowledgeable staff added to the overall positive experience. They were more than willing to provide recommendations based on personal preferences and dietary restrictions, ensuring that every diner had a bespoke experience.

I also must commend the well-curated beverage menu, featuring an impressive selection of wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. The Creek's mixologists have crafted cocktails that perfectly complement the flavors of the cuisine, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the...
