When the elaborate flavours of Italy hit the right spots with a bit more of strength and one's bespoke twists but keeping the heart of the dish right, what one would have is a celebration of incredible indulgence, sapid savouriness and a satisfying celebration of food that is so popular in the world. With so many restaurants strewn across the city competing in making the better and the more authentic interpretation of Italian Cuisine, Pasta Street has enough reason to stand tall and proud for the food it creates. The robustly flavoursome food with utterly satisfying textures regardless of the food one orders, is a testament that this restaurant, regardless of how authentically it prepares Italian meals, respects and treats ingredients rightly, faithfully and let's everything play a delicious role in a harmonious dish. And such is the power of food one could take to forget the quality of service or aesthetics and the ambience. I visited this place on busy bustling Sunday, but the restaurant was quite empty for a Sunday evening. We were immediately shown to our table and given menu cards. We ordered the Chilly Garlic Pizza Neapolitan-Style, Veg Calzone, Chili Cheese Garlic Bread, Broccoli and Cheese Ravioli with a mixed sauce and Veggies, Crema Monte with penne Pasta, Orange Passion Crush and Lemon Virgin Mojito. The Chili Cheese Garlic Bread was indulgent. the soft bread topped with garlic butter cheese and jalapenos was divine. The dishes of the day straight away go to the Chilly Garlic pizza for it's buttery and ethereal fermented bread topped with a generous load of Peppers, Chillies, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Garlic, and the unforgettable Tomato sauce at the bottom and a benevolent spread of Mozzarella. It was a triumphant pizza that I had in a long while. And mind you, it isn't a pizza pie and it perfectly fits it with Italian culture. The other triumphant dish is the Ravioli which was perfectly al dente cooked and served with an utterly flavoursome sauce, a perfect pomodoro sauce meets a rich alfredo sauce and there you have a perfect mixed sauce that teems with loads of ambrosial flavour, making a celebration in your mouth with the balance of cheese, tomatoes, garlic and aromats, salt, and basil. The filling inside the pasta was a great one indeed. The crema monte pasta was rather subtle yet very much delightful. The perfect incorporation cheese into the thick milky salty savoury slurry-like sauce is a testament that they do take their sauces very seriously. the veggies gave a different texture and a different dimension of flavour to the unidirectional rich sauce and as the other pastas and as we do expect, the penne pasta was cooked to perfection and a great good carrier of the sauce. The beverages were just about fine. The mojito was a classic and the orange passion crush was literally an ice slush that gave me a brain freeze. I for one, certainly won't enjoy drinks but had I gotten enough pockets a glass of smooth rose or red wine shan't hurt an intimate dining experience. The Calzone was quite remarkable. The diced vegetables with cheese and marinara sauce was very delightful and paired really well with the subtle and salty Jalapeno dip. However, it could've done with more flavours like olives to boost the flavour of the Calzone pocket. The service was passable but not bad and so was the atmosphere. therefore, all in all, it was more of the food than the service and ambience. Now the prices are certainly up high on the scale, while most of it seems worth it, it still requires good pockets. Recommended for those who have a niche for Italian cuisine but in a more robust way. Pasta Street certainly has it's own flair and does stand tall in competing with other restaurants offering the most authentic version of Italian Cuisine But the authenticity of its Italian-ness is left to those who dine there. And this one is for the one on the Whitefield main road. One can certainly try its other branches to know more. Whilst, this author shall certainly...

When I asked for recommendations, they didn't just throw out some random dishes. Oh no, my friends! They took the time to ask me if I preferred veg or non-veg and even inquired about my spice tolerance and if I'm allergic to any dish. These guys were on a mission to make my taste buds do the happy dance! they played the suspense game and asked about my preferences carefully, teasing me with tantalizing options. It was like a culinary cliffhanger! I couldn't wait to see what they had in store for my taste buds.

They read my mind! They whipped up a creamy masterpiece using fresh cream or something instead of milk, creating a dish that was a harmony of flavors. Fresh ingredients like crisp broccoli, fragrant basil, and other mouthwatering elements elevated the pasta to a whole new level.
Okay, let me drop another bombshell—the portion sizes. Yes, they were on the smaller side, but trust me, this is where quality reigns supreme. Each bite was like a mini explosion of flavor, making me forget all about quantity. It's all about savoring every mouthwatering moment, my friends. And at Pasta Street, they certainly know how to make every bite count!
But wait, there's more! Brace yourself for the grand finale—the desserts. They weren't content with just amazing savory dishes; they had to up their game in the sweet department too.
