Theobroma Bakery and Cake Shop — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident on quality.

On 16th April evening collected a chocolate easter egg from the outlet and was shocked to find a sharp edge plastics piece, it would have been worst if any children would have consumed without knowledge. I immediately raised request on App but was left with no response and next day called up customer care representative and she helped me to replace the product and smartly the sample found was recollected via porter. But here I feel there is no value in exchanging the product instead fixing the quality. And therefore wanted to ensure this is notified to the management. Please action as needed to avoid such products quality...

I'm going to be sharing a very honest and disappointing review of the place that used to be in my bucket list. In the videos and photos I clicked before eating you'll be able to see how excited I was. However the hell i went through after consuming their most loved product was unforgettable. I thought initially it's just me, but my mother also ended up puking and loose motions. I also had a tummy ache for 2 days and developed a phlegm which lead to an explosion via my belly button. Shared the pic. I took the left over brownies to doctor and I was informed that the brownies had butter paper cooked along with it and the brownies consisted some stale/expired items. ...

This brand has such a big name and hype. But this time after eating two of their pastries mango and pineapple I got severe food poisoning which took four days to recover. What a waste of money and time and my health. Such a horrid experience ! Would tell everyone not to trust these big chains anymore. They only want to make money now and are getting slack on the quality. The quality is so bad it gave me four days of food poisoning. Fifth day i was better only because of heavy dosage of medicines. I missed work , i got weak all for their really terrible quality...
