Got a chance to have Saturday lunch with friends at the newly opened "The Gourmet Kitchen & Bar" (earlier known as "Parika") at Ramanashree Richmond Hotel.

This place is a multi-cuisine restaurant with great ambience, offering the selection of dishes from Indian, Tandoor & Oriental categories along-with delectable desserts.

We tried:

SOUP: Makai Ka Shorba

STARTERS: Chicken Gilafi Seekh Kebab Fish Cooked in Black Bean Sauce Achari Paneer Dahi Papdi Chat Pani Puri

MAIN COURSE: Murgh Do Pyaza Mutton Rogan Josh Chicken Biryani Green Salad Curd Rice Veg Dum Biryani Dum Aloo Kashmiri Stir Fried Veggies in Schezwan Sauce Noodles Rice & Dal Palak

DESSERTS: Gajar Halwa Kaju Roll Ras Malai

Their every food item was cooked to perfection and was sumptuous. I couldn't pick a single dish to pinpoint.

All Covid norms were followed. Right from temperature check to usage of sanitizers to wearing mask. The tables & chairs were sanitized every time the patrons leave.

Their staff was very caring and one dedicated staff was attending us frequently to check if we need anything and whether we were enjoying the dining experience.

I am totally disappointed with this kind of stupid service in my life and I don't know why they open at 12 but unable to start serving even at 12.10 when I entered and ordered a food n got it after repeated requests from the waiter as if they r giving it free of cost and never expected this prestigious restaurant service totally down graded and it was recommended my friend and I wish wish to kick on his ass for promoting this kind of low service rated hotel. Water was not provided n it was served after multiple requests. We should never go by name should alwys go by food and I feel a near by footpath service would be good n great . As they know if they down the quality or taste people won't turn up. Here showcasing lights chairs won't make a restaurant success in the hospitality industry. Any how these reviews won't help the management change anything . Wishing never ever step into this restaurant in my life..... Thanking for making me know the value of true service and I proudly say no restaurant in Bangalore has this...
