Wow Momos, known for popularizing a variety of momos across India, has built a reputation for creative twists on a classic street food favorite. However, my recent experience at one of their outlets left much to be desired.

The food, while decent, didn’t quite live up to the brand’s name or expectations. The momos were average at best — neither piping hot nor particularly flavorful. Some of the fusion items on the menu, like momo burgers and sizzlers, sounded promising but fell flat in terms of taste and presentation. For a place that specializes in momos, I expected more consistency and quality.

What truly dampened the experience was the staff’s attitude. They seemed disinterested and inattentive, showing little enthusiasm or courtesy. Simple requests were met with minimal response, and there was a general lack of coordination behind the counter. The service felt rushed and impersonal, with no effort made to ensure customer satisfaction. It’s disappointing when the staff appear more preoccupied with their own conversations than attending to customers.

The outlet itself was clean but lacked any real warmth or inviting atmosphere. It felt like a fast-food stop meant more for grabbing a bite and leaving quickly rather than enjoying a meal.

I ordered momo on swiggy from this place. It was my first time ordering here and my experience was very bad. They made 3 grave mistakes. They did the last thing I expected a restaurant to do. I am vegeterian. I ordered veg momos and got chicken momos. Yes I confirmed it from a non vegeterian person. They even put the green dot sticker on the packaging. Not only this, the chicken momos had gone bad. My whole room had a foul rotten smell. A very serious issue. No one wants food poisoning.
