DRINKS ORDERING: Drink ordering experience at any place, at any time of the day should be as simple as "I need the drink X". It shouldn't be a multi-step process which involves you installing an app, registering with your phone number, choosing a drink (half of the cocktail names are non-standard and don't suggest what would they have Eg. Sundowner LIIT), negotiate a price with 2 more taps, and do multiple orders (one for every drink). I am not sure what feedback are they getting or if they are trying to ape other places, but this jarring ordering experience is a total failure.

DRINKS QUALITY: One of the LIITs we ordered (Pomo something) was quite good and straight-up a lady's drink. Another one (red-bull based) was very strong and just okay. The most horrible were the Jagermeister shots. I could hardly taste any alcohol in it.

SERVICE: For a premium club (a 2500 Rs. cover charge certainly leads you to believe that), the furniture and the silver ware (or the lack of it) were quite ordinary at the roof top outside area. We were served our food with no napkins, no plates, no forks, no spoons. We had to gather the napkins from the bar ourselves and had to ask for the silverware twice. The. servers were friendly and polite, but were super busy and took eons to get our food and drinks.

MUSIC: The mix was nice. A good combination of Hindi and English songs both new and old. But it was extremely loud. I could not hear anything what was said on our table, and everything was repeated twice. And this was not at the disc inside, but in the outside seating area where I'd expect the music to be comfortable.

Hey! This is regarding the last weekend (Saturday) party at the AJ. I’m writing here because I would rate the experience 2/10. Ambiance - too clustered, after a point people are all over your table with waiters and managers hopping around dashing on our chairs and tables. Liquor- worst experience I’ve ever had in Bhopal, you cannot fool people with overpriced and diluted drinks. For someone who has done clubbing throughout india, I can say you guys just scammed the hell out of customers. Even the shots were diluted which is barely 30ml in quantity. Every drink ordered had least alcohol concentration. Extremely dissatisfied and dissatisfied for the price I paid. Music- techno throughout the night except last 45 mins, it was supposed to be on Sunday, the music just gave a bad headache and the dj couldn’t see the customers liking because literally no one was enjoying. We came for clubbing not rave party, keep that in mind. Food- veg was tasty but non veg, I could tell the chicken wasn’t fresh. It tasted days old and the proportion of chicken compared to other ingredients was way too less. Service- it took over 45 mins for my first cosmo to arrive after telling 4 different waiters. Delayed and confused service. Pretty tiring. If you’re planning on running this establishment, you need to work on many grounds. Ladies and gentlemen, hold your….bladder. I can’t believe a bar that charges 2000 as cover charges makes you walk 300 metres to the MALL’s washroom since they don’t have a washroom of their OWN. I decided not to have beer since the washroom is so far and that too outside the bar.

Nobody expects food to be great at bars but the least they could do was make an effort. The nachos and cheese was actually just nachos and cheese dip on the side, not even on the top of nachos, melted and garnished with anything, something even a 5 year old can offer you. The pizza was delicious (thankfully). It’s best to order beer bottles there because the alcohol is spiked….with WATER. I had 3 glasses of vodka, my husband had 5 that too on the rocks, neither of us got any high, not even enough to go and dance (also because the floor was too crowded).

The music is too loud, not sure if it’s a problem with the speakers, even the person who didn’t have alcohol was getting a headache. I guess that’s the trick , you get a headache and you think it’s because of hangover. The music needs to be high at the dance floor area but a little low in the inside seating area.
