Edit: Since the renovation (Gothic) the service has taken the turn for the worst. For a small order the weight time has increased to an average of 10 minutes. The order display system doesn't work. The staff is less than polite. Proper training was not provided to the staff to handle the new system. The worst part is, to place an order you will have to stand in long queues. When you are finally in the first position, the payment processing system refuses to work and you take a paper slip and again have to stand in an another queue where they will ask you for cash. This is an endless cycle.

Since my last two visits the quality of food has deteriorated. If there is crowd in DB Mall they will reduce the quality of food. The quantity of sauces, lettuce and other ingredients gets decreased in the burgers and wraps. We only eat there because it is a sort of tradition when we visit the mall. I hope some new chain restaurant opens up and we aren't forced...
