Must-Read Review The Subway outlet at DB City Mall does not have the standard 30-second quick-heat oven and instead uses a regular microwave oven to heat the bread for 30 seconds. When I asked about the quick-heat oven, the staff told me it had gone for servicing. Shockingly, it's been over three months, and they are still using the regular oven, significantly compromising the quality and taste of the food.
I even confronted the cook, asking how they could justify baking the bread in a regular microwave for just 30 seconds. He insisted that the bread is properly baked and that the taste remains the same. This is extremely concerning — customers are paying full price for food that is clearly below standard. Read moreThe shop doesn’t have a working roasting machine. So they put my subway in the microwave which spoiled the bread. When i asked them why they didn’t roast it the cashier woman replied that “ you didn’t ask us otherwise we would have told you that the roasting machine is not working. So its your fault.”
Is this the sort of reply that your employee gives ? She doesn’t know the SOP of how to prepare a sub? Why have you hired her?
She then went on to tell me that the machine is not working and you should have asked me about it before placing the order. Wth? How will i know if the machine is working or not?
