Sometimes when I crave for desserts, I always choose Oberai's for cheesecakes and pastries. This newly opened branch offers quick delivery and delicious food. Have been ordering from them quite frequently now.

Update- A nightmare happened on my third order from them today. After getting fresh food twice I happened to order again tonight, and I bought two Rasmalai Jars which costed me 315 rupees on Swiggy. Unfortunately, they sent me a pastry that's probably 4-5 days old, it stinks foul and has an extremely sour taste rendering it completely unfit for consumption. I'm appalled and disgusted by how these brands dupe their regular consumers. Never expected this from Oberai's.😡

Major Update- After reading my review, the head of customer support team contacted me immediately and assured me of a quick resolution. They were considerate enough to work on their mistakes and they asked for my address to send a replacement. I thoroughly enjoyed the Rasmalai Jars that they sent as an apology. This is the taste I always crave for when I've Oberai's on my mind. Fresh, soft, decadent, milky rasmalai cake that's been my absolute favourite for years now. So yes, you need to bring the drawbacks to their notice so that the brands work on them and offer you the best quality....
