Hotel Review: Worst Experience Ever

I booked this hotel for my wedding, expecting a pleasant stay for my guests, but it turned out to be a disaster. My two male friends stayed here, and they had the worst experience imaginable.

1. AC & Beds: The air conditioning barely worked, making the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The beds were in poor condition, causing back pain and discomfort throughout their stay.

2. Washroom: The washroom was not maintained properly. It was dirty and unhygienic, making it almost unusable.

3. Staff: The hotel staff were uncooperative and unhelpful. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was done to resolve the issues.

4. Shady Environment: One couple, who were also staying at the hotel, had an extremely distressing experience. They saw a call girl being brought in when they went down to meet a friend. Later that night, someone knocked on their door around midnight, making them feel unsafe and anxious. They were so concerned that they waited for the first light to leave the hotel.

5. Unjust Charges: To add insult to injury, the hotel owner charged them for an upgrade on 14th July without any prior notice or agreement.

Overall, this hotel stay was a nightmare. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially not for important events like a wedding. Stay away for your own...

Rooms taken were not allocated on time. 50% of room was given after 2 hours of delay.

Per room cost with occupancy discussed was different from actual final calculation while checkout.

Receptionist Rani speaks very politely when time of booking as well as exit but with all the lies and charges you extra on final calculation with a lot of reasons(we can show you camera recording , how owner treat them which is just u necessary to know for us) . We don’t have tht much time nor from such family to quarrel on this silly amount.

This is because i had offline discussion on room booking.

Harish is another guy who doesn’t have manner to talk to guest and gives foolish reason on not having room on time.

Never book offline room in this hotel. Online might help but not sure on this too.

I had a stay with my friends for a single day on April 5th. It was a terrible experience. Before making the booking they tell you rosy statements to make the booking. For example they promised us that the AC will work even if the power goes off because they had power backup. But the things turned out to be different. The AC doesn't work. The washroom had everything broken. There is a immense clogging of water. They shifted us to a alternate room after complaining of AC but the alternate room has different issues like the washroom door didn't have proper locking and the size of room is small with the price that we paid for. I even know the owner is going to write these are false claims by me. It is the sheer ignorance of the owner and arrogance. I would request him/her rather to take up the ownership rather...
