I ordered tandoori paneer pizza, paying almost 350 bucks but it was nothing like the description on the menu page. The paneer used were bland and in no way "tandoor" and there was no hint of tandoori sauce like elaborated under the pizza picture. In short, it was the plain paneer capsicum pizza which is sold for 100 bucks something (the cheapest option on menu) but they label it with fancy names and cheat customers! Plus you don't use good cheese, it feels like I'm chewing on puffed bread and some veggies. Where's the cheese? I was truly disheartened. For me evening snacks are so crucial because they either keep me happy or grumpy but I was grumpy again?!!! Take note 😡

Very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut. I recently visited and was extremely let down by the food quality. The pizza had absolutely no taste — bland and unappetizing. The spicy paneer pizza wasn’t spicy at all, and the paneer itself felt dry and flavorless. The onions used seemed low quality, adding nothing to the overall taste.

To make it worse, the garlic bread was served cold and didn’t even have the slightest hint of garlic — it felt like plain dry bread. The Pepsi was flat, overly sweet, and had clearly lost all its fizz.

One of the worst pizza hut outlets in Bhubaneswar. Recently I went to order, while asking the person at the counter, how long it will take to make the pizza, he said 20 to 25mins.
