I recently visited Maa Santoshi Restaurant Bapuji Nagar , Bhubaneswar with my family, and I must say it was a very disappointing experience. Despite being a very ordinary setup with no air-conditioning, no proper service, and almost zero hospitality, the prices are exorbitantly high – for example, a half plate biryani was charged at ₹200/-. When I politely questioned the billing and service quality, instead of addressing the concern, the owner’s son arrogantly replied with attitude, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable in the food & hospitality business. As an Advocate, I strongly believe that customers should get value for money, decent service, and respect. Unfortunately, this restaurant completely failed on all three counts. With such behavior and overcharging, I would not recommend this place to any family, professional, or customer who values dignity and quality. People deserve honesty in pricing and basic courtesy.
