--- Very Worse Experience (Stayed for 5 days): Room was booked priorily but at the time of Checkin the room was not ready. They made me to wait for 45 mins by saying 5 mins - 5 mins. Didn't ask sorry for making me wait Room Cleaning: Was not cleaned inspite of giving the room key. On the day of checkin inspite if making me 45 mins wait, in bathroom used cigar was there Water & Toiletries: New bottle was not given. Old Bottle was filled wit water n given. First day they gave complimentary soap, body lotion but not on the remaining days Hot Water: Was not there untill 8am. I had to leave for the class by 8am, hence I forced to take bath in cold water Food: Worse - Uppma, Masala Dosa too spicy, Bread Omlet - too salty Billing: Bill Was not given after payment stating that they don't have voucher. Then they said you booked through Goibibo so they will pay u. Then they said they will mail the bill. The person in the counter didn't knew how to use the Card machine & I had used the machine by myself. As a customer I got the right to get the bill bcos I sm paying wit GST & CGST Bed Sheets & Towels: Was not changed everyday. Torn bed sheet was given. Towel was given on d 1st day n following days new one was not given. Dinning Room Wash Room: Worse was not maintained at all. Floor very dirty. Balcony: Curtain was not there hence the outsiders could see inside the room...

This hotel has very dirty management. Staff behaviour is fine but the manager is arrogant. He did not give breakfast even after breakfast was included. The food of the restaurant tastes bad, the staff behaviour of that restaurant is even more cheap. They keep changing the check out timing as per their wish and charge extra money in the name of late check-out. The quality of the room is so bad, the condition is completely opposite to the photo uploaded through the hotel, the bathroom of the room is useless. The tap is broken and the shower is also not working. The AC of the room does not even work properly, neither has the remote of the AC been given. The curtains, bedsheet and pillow covers are absolutely dirty. The electric switch is in a very risky condition. The TV facility is also not good, no channel comes except 2-3 news channels. And the screen of that TV is also damaged. The screen quality is bad. Despite such worst service, they are overcharging in the name of super deluxe AC room. And they are also taking extra money at the time of check out. I am suggesting that you should not go to this hotel at all. If you...

i selected the hotel because of location and proximity but certainly this was lost when i checked into the room. the things that OYO room are known for this one does not feature anywhere in the list and the prices are almost double to what is typically available in the city during this time. ||Bfast is complimentary but not enough to satisfy your morning hunger pangs. you need to shell out if you need extra slice of bread ... or morning tea as well.. whats this?||lunch i was forced to have as i drove from Kolkata and was tired but the mutton kasha prep was horrible which left a bad taste.||neither the linen nor the toilet is clean and inspite of repeatedly asking the hotel they turned a deaf ear , exhaust in the bathroom...
