Located on the ground floor beside the off-shop bearing the same name, this dimly lit AC bar was deserted with hardly any people when we entered around 6pm on a sunday evening while the tv was broadcasting IPL match. The seating area is quite big, capable of housing 70+ individuals. The staffs are professionally attired with friendly demeanor. They have a separate washroom for men and women, and the mens' toilet is quite clean.
When asked about beer, there isn't much stock other than a couple of brands, which was a major let-down. It must have been the shortages of beer state-wide, otherwise their off shop used to have quite a collection. A 160 rupees beer would cost 300 here, along with complementary chaat consisting of juliened ginger and roasted groundnuts served along with rocksalt and jaljeera. Awesome combination. Cash and cashless payments are accepted.

The cold beer, dim lights, air conditioning and Jagjit Singh (they predominantly played jazals) were a killing chemistry. Air conditioning was hard to come by those days. Nice to see they still serve the sprouts mixture, went really well with beer. Food used to be really good, both at the bar and the restaurant next door where drinks were not served. Nice chairs I remember. Waiters were very friendly. For the budget, the ambience and services were very good. Would break my heart if the place has run down on quality. Would definitely revisit, at least for...

The restaurant has a nice decor, but the ambiance is not very cozy. The drinks are reasonably priced, though. It's not a bad option, but there are better places to eat in Salt Lake."
Overall, Mishra's Restaurant cum Bar seems to have mixed reviews. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices, good selection of drinks, and pleasant ambiance, but some have noted that the food and service can be average at times. However, every customer experience can be different, and it's always best to visit a restaurant yourself to form your...
