I visited your outlet today and was appalled by the service. The cashier was extremely rude, had a bad attitude, and seemed put off by customers, making it feel like she was doing us a favor by serving us or giving us the waffles for free. To make matters worse, I ordered a red velvet waffle with berries but received a plain one instead, and despite charging extra for a takeaway box, she didn't even bother to pack my order properly. When I informed her of the mistake, she showed me unnecessary attitude don’t know for what. With 8 staff members present at the counter, it was shocking to see them more interested in chatting, watching cricket matches and reels than attending to customers, resulting in poorly made and soggy waffles. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this...

Alright .. Discliamer ahead .. I am not a waffle fan in general and do not eat sweet much .. So my review is coming from a neutral heart .. Having said that .. I had waffle there twice and had a positive overall experience .. first time i had waffle without icecream in it and i didnt like it much as I felt it was little too sweet, but second time I had with icecream in it and this time I liked it more. Its a good place to go with friends and family on an evening and have some waffle desert .. Its situated near Baisakhi so easily Accesaable but it does not have proper seating arrangement.. If you are in your car .. That will help .. I ll give 4...
