Disappointing Experience

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Casa Pichola, The staff's behavior was unacceptable, and I was shocked by their rudeness. Despite being a paying customer, I was treated poorly and felt disrespected.

The service was slow, and the staff seemed unmotivated. When I politely asked for assistance, I was met with attitude and a dismissive tone. It's disappointing to see a hotel fail to train its staff in basic customer service skills.

I hope the hotel takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their staff's behavior and service quality. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone....

I am head over heels for the place. The place is beautiful and looks even more beautiful in evening. I really liked that the middle space they have left open and the sides of the terrace garden has been used for dining. The staffs were very cooperative and friendly. There is a selfie spot specially for girls with a Chunni & Doli. We’ve ordered butter naan, paneer do pyaza and veg biryaani, all the three were good just a bit oily but taste was delicious. Unfriendly and rude behavior from restaurant staff! We ordered tandoori roti yesterday, but they incorrectly added the price of butter naan to our bill. When I complained, they rudely said, 'No, no, no, you ordered butter naan!' and refused to accept their mistake. When I told them I had taken a photo of the meal and could send it to them, they paused for a second before saying, 'Ok, ok, sorry ma'am.'
