Fraud billing : DO NOT VISIT

The seller displays a menu showing discounted rates for combo items. However, whenever you will ask for the combo, he says one of the items in the combo is not available and that he would provide another item in lieu of the same.

But during bill generation, he would charge rates for individual items and will not honour the combo price.

Visited this restaurant and asked for Mutton Jeera Rice combo. The seller said jeera rice was out of stock and that he would replace it with steamed rice.

However, during billing he charged more against the individual price for mutton and steamed rice. Then he claimed that as jeera rice was not available he provided steamed rice and thus the combo price was not valid.

This is a clear intention of fraud as the price was not disclosed beforehand and it is deemed to be accepted that whenever one or more items in a combo pack is replaced with another item, price will not change due to the replacement.

The seller himself offered to provide steamed rice in lieu of jeera rice but did not honour the price displayed for the combo.

Later he claims that jeera rice was discontinued 4 months ago. Then why is he still displaying the menu showing the items in stock?

This anomaly proves the malicious intent of the restaurant to defraud customers and charge them more over and above the displayed price.

Further, the food quality is not upto the mark. Despite asking for specific pieces of mutton, I was provided a piece containing excess fats.

I was in patna on 2nd December after 2 years and thought of trying the mutton served here (considering the repute of the dish and the fact that live outside Bihar) but I was totally disappointed. The mutton was average in flavor and found it rubbery (not cooked properly). Since I have been eating it since childhood days so I could figure out that it was definitely not Khassi meat. I decided to share my feedback with the gentleman sitting on the billing counter but he started questioning me (what piece did u get? this or that). ( 1 ) First of all not every items available shown in menu , only 4 items available.

( 2 ) Second over spices is used , which made weird taste and the most important it will upset your Stomach in such a hot place and you have to go many times in bathroom. 😅

( 3 ) Third price is too high . you have to buy rice or chapati separately 10 gram of rice price is 50 ₹.

( 4 ) About Hygiene not sure .

But the behaviour was ok.

Over all i will not recommend anyone, Which i learned from my experience.

But you can try, if you are risk a taker of money and your health. ☺️
