Extremely Disappointed with Domino's Quality Decline

I have been a loyal customer of Domino's since childhood. Back then, you were the gold standard for pizzas in India. In fact, you were the reason many of us even discovered what pizza was! Sadly, over the last 2-3 years, your quality has nosedived, and it's beyond disappointing.

This time, I ordered from your Patna, Karbighaiya outlet, and what did I get? A ROTTEN CHICKEN PIZZA! Yes, you read that right. Rotten chicken on a pizza. It was absolutely disgusting and unsafe to eat.

I've raised complaints multiple times in the past, but nothing ever changes. Your quality keeps getting worse with every passing year. It’s shocking to see how far Domino’s has fallen from being the pioneer to serving such substandard food.

Shame on you, Domino's! It’s high time you fix your quality issues and bring back the standards that made you a household name. Until then, you’ve lost a...

Staff behaviour is ridiculous. My wife asked for some extra oregano , they just started shouting at her and started telling her that '200 ka pizza khane aate ho tum jaise log or 10 oregano hi chahiye, nahi milega 2 se zyada lena ho toh lo nahi toh nikalo'. I can't believe that this is what they are saying in a Domino's store. After that i started shouting at them, and asking to say sorry to my wife , but these people are so shameless that after all this one boy is still saying ke ' khaane ki aukaat nhi hai to kyu aa jaate ho '. My pizza was delivered 40 minutes late yesterday and when I called to ask for my refund, the staff was so arrogant and impolite, he started stating his own, made up and false terms and conditions and started arguing with me in a very ugly manner. I asked for his name, to which he replied angrily that it’s Bittu Kumar. He was legit threatening me and saying “jaha complaint karna hai kar lo, refund nahi denge”.
