City Cabana — Restaurant in Chandigarh

We decided to visit City Cabana after checking its reviews on Google and Zomato. Since it was Saturday Night we called them up to check if Table is available on terrace restaurant or Not and we were told they have availability on terrace restaurants.

On reaching club cabana we were surprised to found that they have no Table available and the Manager ( Mr. Sandhu) asked us to sit inside a hall or wait, however 15 minutes before they assured us of availability. After waiting for 15-20 minutes they finally give us a table which was earlier told as a reserved one. We ordered for Food and Drinks but before it was delivered one of the staff member named RANA came to us and requested us to change the table to accommodate a Bigger group. We agree to change the table and on shifting we found the Table was very dirty and we asked RANA to get it cleaned multiple times but no one shows up.

Its was about 1 hour we were waiting for our food and Drinks, and when we enquired about same we find that Mr Rana forget to Place our Order with Kitchen and also now instead of apologising and getting that place cleaned Mr. Rana asked to change and shift to a hall.

In short this was the Worst Place to Hang out in Tricity. Staff was very Unprofessional especially Mr. Rana. I wonder how these people like Rana are working in...

During our visit, we ordered two cappuccinos, which were well-prepared and enjoyable. However, the service falls short, with staff lacking knowledge about the menu. We tried the Paneer butter Masala that stands out as excellent, perfectly complementing the garlic Naan.
