We have been there for quick bites.

First of all, the outlet staff is very careless,

Before ordering online,

Because i have some online vouchers, I ask the staff if everything in menu is available on his positive response I ordered everything.

But at the time of pickup my sides and deserts are replaced according to their availability.

I was really disappointed because they added more of my least favorite items.

I would say it's a total disaster, frozen food from McCain tastes better and cheaper.

Absolutely the worst Domino’s outlet I have ever come across. The staff here behave as if they are running their own local shop and not an international brand outlet. They blatantly refuse to accept online payments or card payments, which is completely unacceptable in today’s time. On top of that, they have set their own ridiculous rules, like not taking any order below ₹300 — something Domino’s as a company never enforces.

Their customer service is pathetic, the staff is arrogant, and they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction or brand reputation. They don’t deliver items properly as per requirement and act as if they are doing you a favor by serving food. Such behavior ruins the whole Domino’s experience.

Domino’s management should take strict action against this outlet — it is giving the brand a terrible name. Strongly NOT...

First visit here and it was a terrible experience. No professionalism in the staff. While taking order, she wasnot even paying attention to what I was saying, instead she was busy gossiping, laughing with her colleagues. She was not aware how to place meal orders. If there is a garlic bread in the order, there should be some dip also along with that. We don’t order oregano chilly flakes while ordering pizza, same way it should be obvious for the dip for the garlic breads. Dominos need to think about it.
