Brew Estate, Elante is one of my favorite places to visit over drinks and food. Undoubtedly, the restrobar has acquired a big space in the happiest mall of the city. The interiors are promising, they have live kitchen on your left when you enter. Ample of sitting area with live screen on. the staff is courteous and wont let you go disappointed.
Coming to the drinks: Since we were in a group pf all drinkers, we had an opportunity to try on several options from their menu. To name a few best of cocktails and LIIT I loved personally are Peri Peri Mary, Mr. Bones, Ninja Power, Whisky Sour, Mega LIIT & jagerbomb shots.
Food here is one great example of great presentation and taste. We started with Sushis called orange veggie sushi roll & laker love sushi love. followed by north Indian non-veg platter, Kentucky fired chicken, veg galouti kebabs, The main course was a widespread, elaborated meal.
The desserts here are something which I can relish at any given point of day, however full I am. Their Milk malai cake is one amazing presentation, something which I have tasted so far only by national level restaurant chains. Their rose petal rice kheer is again something to die for.
One must surely visited the restaurant if looking for a superior quality of food presentations and drinks. The ambiance is lit giving a aerial view of Mall...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of Brew Estate at Elante Mall for years, but unfortunately, it has now landed on my blacklist. The quality has taken a steep decline, and it’s disappointing to see a place with so much potential fall short.
Here are my reasons:
Seating: The sofa seats are in such poor condition that they’re no longer acceptable for any guest experience. Food Quality: Most of the dishes are below average, except for the spaghetti pasta, which is the only saving grace. Beer Consistency: Once known for its homegrown beer, the inconsistency in taste, quality, and even alcohol percentage is really disappointing. Hospitality: The lack of effort in making customers feel valued is glaring. It feels like being treated as just another local with no regard for service or hospitality.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the food, drinks, and overall experience. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a...
Read moreSo I went with my wife on 17/09/2018, Monday at around 7:15pm.. and we chose a table which had a better view of live band. But the waiter said(not even requested) us to move to another table by saying the table we chose is for 4 people and we are 2, although whole of the ambience was empty and only a couple of tables were occupied. After that I insisted to talk to service manager who was present there at that time and the manager gave us even bitter answer by saying "its your wish you can leave the place if you want".. I have been a very old customer of brew estate and this has been the worst experience so far and let me inform you, you lost a good base of customers(I will make sure none of my friends, family or known ever visit this place again)
Again I will say really pathetic and insulting experience from your staff.. I hope you look into the matter
Update:- Its been 7 months since I posted this and I never got any call, email from their end. Such is...
