Jamie Oliver's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Chandigarh

I wish there was rating in minus. We went there for the very first time keeping in mind the brand name that Jamie Oliver is, however, it was our worst nightmare.

We reached there about 1:30/1:45 PM and ordered the combo meal on the recommendation of one of the staff. Four guys who had entered just 5 minuted before us, got their order in 15 minutes and ate and left after almost 40 minutes.

Another family who got seated after 30 minutes us ordering got their order as well. We were still patient and waited for almost 2 hours and yet no order came except for three cokes.

We went to the person on the counter entering details on the computer, asking him about the order and he said it's coming. We sat again. Still no order. We got up and my mother asked them to charge us for 3 cokes and cancel the order, and the person on the counter immediately responded sure we will cancel without any apology or without any explanation.

If the order was almost ready, any staff would have convinced the customer to sit down and have their order, but there were so nonchalant about it, it was appalling.

I did not expect this service from such a huge brand. And then the person on counter cancelled our order on the computer and while cancelling, the computer asks for reason of cancellation, he wrote "customer cancelled the order". I saw that and confronted him to write the actual correct reason which was "due to staff's delay, mismanagement and rude behaviour, the customer waited for 2 hours, got fed up and then cancelled the order".

None of the staff apologised or showed any empathy or concern.

I would suggest rather go to other pizzerias which offer authentic and better pizza's like Rojo Tomate, Casa Bella Vista in Sector 10 or Cafe Sicily...

Had an amazing dining experience at Jamie Oliver’s Pizzeria in Elante Mall, Chandigarh! From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and inviting decor set the perfect mood for enjoying a great meal. The staff was courteous, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

I tried their Classic Veg Out Pizza, and it was absolutely delightful. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside, light and airy inside—just as a wood-fired pizza should be. The flavors were well-balanced, with fresh and high-quality ingredients, making every bite a treat. The toppings were generous, and the cheese was perfectly melted, adding to the authentic Italian-style experience.

To go along with the pizza, I ordered the Refresher mocktail (cranberry & lemon juice), which was incredibly refreshing. The blend of tart cranberry and zesty lemon was just right—not too sweet, not too sour—making it the perfect drink to cleanse the palate and complement the pizza.

The overall experience was fantastic—delicious food, great ambiance, and excellent service. If you’re in Chandigarh and craving authentic wood-fired pizza, this place is a must-visit! Will definitely be coming back soon to try more from their menu. Highly...

Jamie Olvie Oil strikes again HAIYAAAAAA

Summary: over salty, premiumly priced meh food.

Classic Chicken & Cheese Burger: (2/5) SALTY af and borderline bitter. Decent amount, good ingredients but just poorly made. Disappointing.

There's better options for this price and less.

Soy & Sesame Wings: (3/5) SALTY af but overall decent. Good crumbing and crispy. Chicken was well cooked but so salty it made it horrible.

Don't know if there are better options but I hope this was just a one time cooking error.

Pepperoni Pizza: (2/5) SOGGY & CHEWY (not in a good way). I took three bites and kept wondering if it was cooked through or not.

In my experience, if you doubt the cooking, don't eat it...so I didn't.

The pepperoni was good quality but it couldn't save the pizza.

Onion Rings: (2/5) these were actually alright but I gave it such a low score because the pictures show a dip that I never received. Also, you can probably find comparable onion rings elsewhere too. They weren't soo good I'd come back for em.

Honestly just go elsewhere...your money is better spent on other places that are probably cheaper if not the same BUT...
