Kylin Experience — Restaurant in Chandigarh

Starting with the ambience of the Restaurant- Kylin Experience, Elante Mall, Chandigarh is very pleasant and soothing. It is very well known for Asian food and has a high budget. The restaurant has very good and quick services, as well. The cleanliness was up to the mark. The washroom was small (for two) and maintained. Precautions were also taken for COVID-19 by all staff members and on ever table there was a bottle of hand sanitiser.

Coming to the dishes, we had ordered food for 5– my personal favourite was the “Teppanyaki Chicken With Water Chestnut & Chilli Garlic (Served with Halka Noodles)” dish only because I loved the subtle hints of Water Chestnut present in it. Second favourite was the “Teppanyaki Shredded Chicken With Korean Sauce (served with sticky Garlic Fried Rice)” and ofcourse the Hot Stone China Bowl which is served very beautifully as showed in the photos posted and then all its ingredients were mixed by one of the staff before serving it in our plates. The non veg sushi platter has been the best platter we have ever had in an Asian restaurant and Kylin never fails to surprise us (as you can see in my review on “Shophouse By Kylin”, Gurgaon). Every bite of every sushi was mesmerising and tasty. In fact, every bit of the main course was beautiful as well. So much so that we called the Chef to compliment him on the amazing food that we just had. Every dish was gorgeously cooked and every spice was aptly put, nothing seemed less or more. We all believe nothing is perfect, but I have also never had food as close to perfection as this.

Also, the dishes were not at all extremely spicy so if you want it to be, one may specially ask them to make it so. The food was served on time and did not take long at all to be served, which may be due to less customers on a week day although I am not doubting their services at all.

I always judge a restaurant honestly and not by their tag name, and maybe I have never come across a Kylin that has let me down yet, but this one is a sure...

This was my 2nd visit to Kylin!!! Of someone wanna try authentic Japanese and Asian flavours this place is a must go in checklist.. 100% better than Pink Wasabi. •• We ordered Crunchy Spinach sushi roll.. This is the only sushi I have tried there and 1st time I tried sushi in my life was this!!! It has burst of flavours mouth watering and I can't like any other sushi aftr having this 💕💕💕 100/100 highly recomemded!! •• Teppenyaki Chicken water chestnut and chilli garlic with noddles - 5/5 amazing flavours and taste definitely trying again •• Pad thai non veg noodles - Omg flavours were amazing 5/5 one person can't finish the whole bowl and the omelette had very different savoury touch!! •• Dimsum platter non veg - it had 10 pieces wid 5 varieties 4/5 gud to try •• homemade 3 flavour ice cream - 10/10 basil, anise, coconut nvr had such simple flavourful icecream must try!!! This place have grt ambience and their services r very fast evn on weekends and waiters r really polite. .. This place much worth than pink wasabi

P. s - I can have Crunchy Spinach Sushi 3 times a day for whole life!!!!...

Upon entry the ambiance was perfect. Greeting at the door was met with great friendliness and no confusion whatsoever. Seating was very nice facing a great view of the establishment. To beging we started with salt and pepper prawns as well as spicey salmon roll. Thr Salt and Pepper Prawns were of great size seasoned to perfection and displayed perfect. Hats off to the Sou chefs who made my sushi experience in India worth every bite. I literally felt a piece of home as the food experience coming from the USA to india has been very challenging. But this Diamond in the rough has been a God Send. The Fried Fish with black bean sauce I give 10 stars.. Actually off the charts. The portions were good but ultimately the efforts gone into the black bean sauce were perfect. Contemplating driving another 2 hours just to experience Kylin all over.. P.s. i have left overs so perhaps Monday I will return. God bless keep the momentum and amazing business.. importantly continue to treat employees as a team. My waiter was very humble and respected.
