I went on Rakhi day so they were actually very busy with the mithais and stuff. So had to wait for 45 minutes tried 3-4 flavours and they were good in preparations. Spoke to a delivery guy there so they have all preparations done in Mohali phase 8b as per the driver.. I would love to visit the back end to see if I can get insight into the hygiene..

Customer service was poor I do however understand that was a busy day but everyone was giving money it was not free so dealing needs to be systematic not just random without any process and let people wait and shout to get heard.. I hope the owner will sort out processes...
