OYO Hotel Victoria Regency — Hotel in Chandigarh

The staff here is quite experienced of the hospitality field. Especially the front desk manager is a very humble and professional person to talk to. The service staff is also brilliantly experienced in Food & Beverage department. The hotel is located near to 17 sector ISBT & in the center of Chandigarh. All the grocery stores and medical supplies are just few metres away.

ABOUT ROOMS AND FACILITIES - Honestly, you will never get a chance to complain, instead you would only praise their understanding towards your needs. The staff will solve your any query in a matter of seconds. The bed is really comfy, in the room there will be an air conditioner, a ceiling fan, a Television. And oh about the food, which is prepared with nice presentation keeping in the mind the importance of taste. In other words, you can totally rely upon the hotel staff to give you a nice and welcoming stay as well as the farewell. Keep up the good work guys....

Hotel is very old and is not at all a 3 star hotel as shown on google. Its only meant for unmarried couples for having some quality time together. Rooms are dirty toilets are pathetic room service is also poor. I asked for mortein machine as there were alot of mosquitoes in the room. They gave me the machine but in its refill water was there and not the repellent liquid. Towel given was good to clean your shoes but not your body or face. The guy sitting in reception also told to give negative feedback as he is not afraid of feedbacks. Also there was no RO water given. They are simply giving the tap water which is not safe during covid. They don't have any kitchen so don't order from room service and directly go out and have something as there are good places nearby to have food. As per Oyo their rooms are sanatized but the reality is completely opposite so think...

It was good. Manager was also good he helped me during my stay. I was there with no physical ID as my wallet was stolen he even gave me water and coke for free as I asked for it and didn't charge a penny for that as I was out of cash with no ATM card and any other source of money to pay the cost for those drinks. It was a great gesture. And talking about rooms and a.c. it needs little work and also the blanket cover had some patches of dirt over it. Else...
