Went with great enthusiasm but was thoroughly disappointed. Not only the place is unbelievably exorbitant with tea costing 190 bucks but servicevis delayed and ill mannered staff.. We went there twice.. Second time my son won a quiz at the mall and got a coupon of Chaayos as gift.. We went to redeem it and had some previous balance in account but staff was thoroughly perplexed and could not provide a single tea inspite of wait of one hour... It's difficult to catch someone to clean the table long pending and left by previous customers. Mr. Shadab, the person on billing counter, can be little polite while taking order. It seems he don't like the restrau filled. He seemed more tired while taking an order. Not customer friendly to amend an order too. Overall, service is a big opportunity here. They need training as the job they are doing is 100%...
