Chaayos Cafe - DLF Mall of India, LGF — Restaurant in Dadri

Heard about their different types of chai and snacks so we went to the DLF mall outlet to give it a try. This outlet is located on First Floor just near the washroom & exit area.

Paneer Loaded open Parantha : I was dying to try this

Chaayos is always a delight to visit. With their new monsoon menu being introduced, I had another reason to drop in here. I was here for breakfast and my experience waa very satisfying rather very good.

Apart from the beverages the food here is great too.

Open Loaded Paneer Paratha This is a must try for all the paneer lovers. It is very crisp and full of cheese as the name suggests (loaded). The quantity is just amazing and I completely loved this new addition.

Shahi Chai Okay, so this is something for all the peeps who like their chai to be full of nuts and crackles. Since it is shahi it had huge amount of almonds and walnuts in it.

Baarish Wale Pakore Monsoon is here so this is a must for rains! The assorted pakoras will surely make your day. Again the quantity is so satisfying here.

4.Napoli Sandwich This is my all time favourite dish here. The taste is standard always which I completely like. The filling is full of mushrooms and cheese. Too yummmm!

Channa Chaat This one is a regular chaat. The taste is quite normal and nothing great to mention to about it. A good light snack!

Kulhad wali Jalebi Though I am not a jalebi person but these were so inviting that I could not resist myself. They are so light and thin which is rare to find. The taste was just delicious. RECOMMENDED!

Aam Panna Ice Tea This beverage was my fav out of the all I had. Aam Panna flavoured Ice Tea is something I had for the first time. The taste was very refreshing and so succulent. Lovedddd this!

Jain Shikanji Everyone knows how much this beverage is famous in Modi Nagar. Here too it was good but yes not that great as well.

STAFF is very cordial and courteous. SERVICE is prompt and swift. QUALITY of food and drinks is upto the mark.

Chaayos – DLF Mall of India, Noida | Two Outlets, Two Very Different Experiences

DLF Mall of India, Noida has two Chaayos outlets — one on the Lower Ground Floor (LGF) and another on the First Floor. Both serve the standard Chaayos menu, but the experience at each is quite different.

Lower Ground Floor Outlet:

Ambience: Seating placement is untidy and cramped. A garbage bin is placed awkwardly in the center, close to multiple tables, which really affects the dining environment.

Service: This is one of the only outlets (after Ambience Mall) where staff can argue back if you complain — whether it’s about cold food or overall quality.

You might face delays in service, or find staff being unresponsive or inattentive. That said, a few team members are genuinely polite — but the inconsistency stands out.

Overall, not the most comfortable place to sit and enjoy your tea.

First Floor Outlet:

Ambience: Much better organized. The seating is cleaner, better spaced, and the outlet has a more inviting vibe overall.

Service: Generally more professional and courteous. If you’re in the mall and planning to sit for a while, this outlet is the better pick.

Both Outlets: Layout & Seating: Like most Chaayos outlets in malls, both branches here follow an open layout design, allowing you to sip your chai while taking in the view and energy of the mall. It works well for quick breaks or casual conversations, though don’t expect complete privacy or a closed café feel

Chaayos menu is standard across outlets, but execution and service quality vary.

Final Word:

If you're in DLF Mall of India, skip the LGF outlet unless you're just grabbing a takeaway. The First Floor outlet offers a much better experience in terms of cleanliness, staff behaviour, and...
