We visited to order the Chicken Feast menu, but unfortunately, the garlic chicken was out of stock, and the counter was not accepting orders. After waiting for 10 minutes hoping someone from the staff would assist us, I eventually took the initiative to approach a staff member. I was informed that we needed to place our order online. After placing the order, once it was ready, they simply left it at the counter without notifying us. I ordered a Farmhouse Cheese Burst from this Domino’s outlet and what I received was a plain, normal base pizza with zero cheese burst. This is not the first time such carelessness has happened, and it’s beyond frustrating now.

If customers are paying extra for a cheese burst, the least you can do is deliver what was ordered. Either the staff is not trained properly, or they simply don’t care. Quality control seems to be completely missing at this store.
