While the cashier was kind enough to keep my luggage for 30 minutes as I rushed to the market, the experience that followed was utterly appalling.

After injuring my toe by falling on the stairs, I returned to retrieve my luggage and requested help from a slim, tall security guard to carry it down as I was in immense pain. Shockingly, he blatantly refused, citing that he “couldn’t move,” even though he was walking around the area aimlessly. I asked for his assistance twice, but he remained dismissive and unkind, failing to show even the slightest bit of empathy or generosity towards a customer in need.

This lack of basic human hospitality is unacceptable, especially in an establishment as reputed as Haldiram’s. Hiring individuals who display such inhumane behavior towards customers tarnishes the brand’s image. Additionally, it reflects poorly on the policies and training provided to staff regarding customer service and support.
